Take Away Slimming World Syns List - Indian

I absolutely love Indian food and for the most part you can make this at home. Slimming World have an amazing Fakeaway book which is a definiate must read to stop high fat cravings. As part of my ongoing quest to update the internet with the current take away slimming world syns, here is my list of Indian faves! My Take Away Resruarant Slimming World Syns List

I find it really difficult to find up to date information about Slimming World online. I think this is because all of the Forums are from between 2010 and 2014 when the 'Red and Green' days still existed. Obviously Slimming World has changed somewhat since then and it makes the new guidelines for the plan much easier however...I cannot find anything online about Take Away food. I know that Slimming World has pages for each of the most popular take aways but it doesn't really go into much detail about their syns, especially my favorite which is Thai Food. SLIMMING WORLD AND ME

My name is Amy and when I joined Slimming World in March 2017 I had got to the end of my tether trying to lose weight and being unsuccessful – it was driving me mad! I work away a lot and this makes it difficult to sustain weight loss due to eating out for every single meal! (There’s only so many salads you can have that aren’t covered in sauce). My start weight was 12 stone 3lbs and I’ve got to 11 stone 13 over the past few weeks…not great however, I have maintained and being away is very difficult so I’m happy I’ve lost and not gained. Another challenge I face is that I don’t live with my boyfriend yet (we are trying!). So this means we have to eat what’s put in front of us by the parents as it’s cheaper to eat together. I also have a huge family and lots of friends from school (so does he) and so there’s 8 weddings this year, and so many birthdays and christenings!
