I seriously cannot believe what I am bout to tell you is only one syn!
I was flicking through Instagram a few weeks ago as you do, looking for inspiration for low syn chocolate things. I have come across the answer in my scrolling!! Brace yourselves. It is home made Ferrero Rocher®.
They are extremely cheap to make too as you only need two ingredients and well, if you read my blog often enough you will know that being cheap and lazy are two things I love to include in my diet plans!
So all you need is the following:
5 x Ryvita® Original or Dary Rye Crispbreads
2 x Tablespoon of Nutella
My method was to simply place the 5 Ryvita® into a plastic sadwich bag and crush them into the smallest bits possible.
In a microwavable bowl i put 2 - 3 tablespoons of Nutella into the microwave for 20 seconds just to melt it slightly.
Once that had been done I put the Ryvita® into the bowl and mixed everything together.
I placed the mixture into to mini cupcake holders on a small plate and popped them in the fridge for a couple of hours.
My mum had made a Sunday Roast that night and so once she was finished I got them out of the fridge thinking nobody would take one as they were Slimming World and when I got back to the table there was only 2 left for me!
The mixture makes around 10 Ferrero Rocher® and are perfect for keeping those chocolate cravings at bay over the Christmas period.
Does anyone else have any low syn chocolate fixes that they can recommend to a self-proclaimed chocoholic?
